Achievements

Eshan has formerly worked as a coordinator for La Trobe’s division of Residential Services, as a director for the Victorian government-funded project called DOSA – Darebin Overseas Students’ Association, director of Muskaan Support Australia, Founder of United and Peaceful subcontinent Inc, founder of Aapli Maati Aapli Manasa – Marathi Club, a youth worker and program advisor for Whittlesea Community Connections, President of International Students’ Association, Post Graduate Officer and a Student Peer Mentor. Eshan has written over 40 articles about various social issues and has assisted the formation and operation of multiple social entrepreneurial ventures. He has a keen interest in developing programs for at-risk refugee youth, on countering domestic violence and supporting the rights of the LGBTIQ community, societal and environmental sustainability and animal welfare.
